My role at Recruitment Robin:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, I’m often the first person you’ll speak to when you call our office. I support the management team with day-to-day operations—everything from matching candidates to the right opportunities, to following up once they’ve started their new roles, and all the steps in between.  

Life before Recruitment Robin:

Prior to me starting in recruitment, I studied Business at college and would take on any work experience I could to develop my skills. This ultimately gave me experience and expectations for when I started full-time employment.

Why I do what I do:

Since leaving college, I have worked in the recruitment industry for a number of years, predominantly focusing on industrial and skilled labour placements.  The satisfaction you get when you help a candidate find and secure their dream role, is a very rewarding.

What I do outside of Recruitment Robin:

When I’m not busy finding the perfect candidate for our vacancies, I like to socialise with friends and family, watch the football, and work on building my skills and knowledge in the foreign exchange markets, which has been a passion of mine over the past few years.
