Our role at Recruitment Robin:

We take our jobs of spreading joy and positivity very seriously — usually with a wag of a tail or a snuggle during a coffee break. You’ll often find Hugo making my rounds around the office, checking in on the team, and ensuring everyone takes a moment to pause, smile, and maybe give him a treat. And you’ll find Holly chewing on a chewy or napping in her bed.

Life before Recruitment Robin:

Hugo spends his puppy days  learning how to sit, give a high-five and fetch a toy. Holly on the other hand, continues to perfect the art of napping,

Why we do what we do:

Whether it’s offering a paw of encouragement, a friendly face to greet you at the door, or a reminder to step away from your desk for a cuddle break, we’re here to make sure everyone feels valued and appreciated.

What we do outside of Recruitment Robin:

When we’re not hard at work boosting office morale, we enjoy walkies, playing ‘tug-of’war’ with squeaky toys, and curling up for a well-earned nap. We also take our role as snack enthusiast very seriously — especially if someone drops a biscuit!

Our favourite office perk is:

Hugo definitely loves being mischievous and playing with his toys, whereas Holly loves unlimited belly rubs and cuddles.
