A leading property maintenance company in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Handyman to join their growing maintenance team following the successful acquisition of a number of properties requiring a full renovation and on-going maintenance.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per year and a good variety of work including fitting kitchens and bathrooms, general maintenance and decorating. You will receive a fuel card, cost covered for material and equipment, and weekly pay can be arranged.
As the Multi-Skilled Tradesperson you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
- Practical skills in DIY, joinery/carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating are highly desirable.
- Familiar with health & safety guidelines.
- Hold a valid CSCS Card and trade-related certificates.
- You will be physically fit and have great interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own van and tools is essential.
You will be working from various locations in and around the Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire areas between 8.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND WORK.
