My role at Recruitment Robin:

In my role as Business Support Assistant, I work closely with the Director, gaining valuable experience by shadowing day-to-day operations and supporting the wider team with essential recruitment administration. I assist consultants with candidate and client processes, attend business meetings, and represent the company at networking events. As someone aiming to run my own business one day, this role is a great chance to learn how everything works behind the scenes while supporting the team in meaningful ways.

What I do outside of Recruitment Robin:

I am currently studying a T-Level course in Business Administration & Management at NSCG. It’s really thought-provoking. In my spare time I play for Kidsgrove Saints Football Club u18s and go to the gym whenever I can. I also like to practice my DJ skills at weekends.

My future ambition is:

I would like to own my own business one day in the retail sector. 

What motivates you about owning your own business:

Making lots of money and being my own boss!
