We’ve Spread Our Wings to a Bigger Nest!
After outgrowing our cosy office in Silverdale, we made the exciting move to a larger space just on the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre. Our new office provides the perfect base for our growing team, offering a welcoming space for jobseekers and employers alike.
This move symbolises our ambition to expand our services and provide even better support to the local business community. We’re so excited to see what new opportunities this new nest will bring in the years ahead.
Celebrating Our Talented Team Members
Millie, our brilliant T-Level superstar student from Newcastle-under-Lyme College (NSCG), has continued to impress us this year! Now in her second year of study, Millie spends one day a week in our office, bringing enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and incredible dedication to everything she does. She’s a valued member of the Recruitment Robin team, and we’re thrilled to be part of her learning journey.
Our amazing apprentice Kelly is smashing her apprenticeship! From excelling in her assessments to demonstrating her commitment to learning and growth, Kelly is well on her way to completing her apprenticeship early next year. We couldn’t be prouder of her achievements and can’t wait to see what she’ll go on to accomplish next.
Selina’s Role Supporting the Next Generation
Our Managing Director, Selina, has been hard at work as a T-Level Placement Officer with NSCG, helping businesses discover new talent and provide students with valuable hands-on work experience. It’s been inspiring to see so many employers tap into the potential of enthusiastic, skilled students eager to make their mark in the working world.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we wrap up 2024, we’re already looking forward to what the next year will bring. We have big plans for 2025 to continue supporting local businesses, job seekers, and NSCG students. From expanding our services to unveiling exciting new initiatives to help employers recruit for less, there’s so much to look forward to—and we can’t wait to share all the details with you in the new year.
