Holding a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keele University, Director Selina invests her time by assisting others to fulfil their true potential, whether that be as a business mentor at the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce, as a fully qualified HR advisor or as an experienced and intuitive recruitment specialist. 

Supported by a team of skilled administrators and people experts, whose unshakeable belief in the Recruitment Robin ethos has helped countless candidates find their perfect fit, and assisted local businesses with their personnel needs throughout Staffordshire and beyond, the business has grown organically over the years to offer additional services that really add value.
