How it works
1. Fill out the form with your details and the details of your friend(s). Make sure you get their permission first!
2. Tell them to expect a call from us at Recruitment Robin.
3. We’ll speak to your friend about the vacancy to see if it’s a good fit and put them forward if they’re interested.
4. Your friend attends an interview and (hopefully) gets an offer.
5. Once they complete their probationary period, you’ll receive a gift voucher worth up to £150 as a ‘Thank You’.
The rules
There’s no limit on the number of friends you can refer to us.
If you refer a friend to us who has already been referred by someone else, the first referrer will receive the voucher reward.
