My role at Recruitment Robin:

I am the proud founder of Recruitment Robin and mainly focus on business development and looking after our corporate customers with their recruitment journey. Alongside my role at Recruitment Robin, I also support T-level students at NSCG with employability skills preparation and securing work placements with local businesses. Both roles are extremely rewarding!

Life before Recruitment Robin:

I’ve spent the majority of my career working in recruitment and HR, but my first ever job was in the stationery department of a national nursing agency.

Why I do what I do:

Having had an entrepreneurial streak from a very early age, it was always my dream to start up a business and do something meaningful. I get a real kick out of helping people, finding out what makes them tick and assisting them along their life and career journey. I also want to be the best role model possible for my son and inspire him to do great things one day.

What I do outside Recruitment Robin:

In my younger years, I trained 4 different styles of martial arts for 9 years before hanging up the gloves (and sticks!) to become a proud mum. Martial arts taught me some amazing lessons such as resilience and humility, and I’d like to think I upholding these in my every day activities.

Anything with mushrooms in it!
