My role at Recruitment Robin:

I am student at NSCG studying 2-year T-level qualification in Legal Services.  As the newest member of the Recruitment Robin team, I support the director with general recruitment and HR administration tasks, including job advert design and scheduling, CV editing and prep, and data analysis.

What I do outside of Recruitment Robin:

I work part-time as a Kitchen Assistant at a nearby restaurant and in my free time you’ll usually find me attending the local gym or spending time with friends.

What I have learnt so far:

From the short time I have been undertaking my placement at Recruitment Robin I have become familiar with the parts of the recruitment process and how these fit in together, and the important of ensuring customer’s needs and expectations are met.  

My future career aspirations:

At the moment, I am enjoying gaining experience of working in a different environment to my part-time job, and developing an understanding of career pathways I could take after my T-level studies. I am looking forward to the journey and discovering my future career path by the time I complete my placement.
