Due to continued growth, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions in Shropshire, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to organise and manage the busy schedules of two senior stakeholders, ensuring interaction with employees and clients is maintained, whilst handling various administrative and operational tasks.
  
The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable and adaptable, and play a key role in ensuring business operations run smoothly.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a forward-thinking company help drive its continued growth and success. 
  
As the Executive Assistant your tasks and responsibilities will include:
  

  • Administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders including scheduling appointments, site meetings, overseeing diary management, setting reminders for meetings/events.
  • Preparing and managing daily task lists on task management software, ensuring completion within set timescales.
  • Preparing minutes, agendas and relevant documents prior to meetings, producing follow-up to-do-lists and action points, ensuring completion prior to follow-on meetings.
  • Planning and organising conferences, workshops, seminars and other events as required.
  • Running the in-house leadership management training programme, ensuring accurate note taking and agreed actions completed.
  • Main point of contact between stakeholders and employees.
  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters.
  • Financial reporting, data management and filing.
  • Handling purchase orders.
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation for stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborating and supporting internal projects.

  
The Executive Assistant will have the following skills and attributes:
  

  • Previous experience at PA/EA level is essential.
  • Effective communicator at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data management and intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with task management software Monday.com or similar would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Hold a valid UK driver’s license.

  
You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from the office in Market Drayton.  Emergency call-out may be required but this is rare.
  
Appointment will be subject to right to work checks and satisfactory references.
