An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Trainee/Assistant to join a Stoke-on-Trent based consultancy on a full-time basis, to assist senior consultants with the delivery of safety training programs across a diverse portfolio of clients.

As the Health and Safety Trainee/Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  

  • Assisting senior consultants with the delivery of CDM/H&S projects.
  • Supporting the delivery of training and workshops/awareness sessions.
  • Undertaking H&S audits on client sites.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and other information.

  
The Health and Safety Trainee/Assistant will have the following skills and attributes:
  

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full or part NEBOSH qualified with a basic understanding of CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and eager to learn and progress.
  • Hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have use of a vehicle.  

  
You will be working 8.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, from the Stoke office and from various client sites around the UK.  Occasional overnight stays may be required, but very rarely.
  
Appointment will be subject to right to work checks and satisfactory references.
