An award-winning solicitor’s firm in Stoke on Trent is seeking a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join it’s already four-strong team of fee earners, within its busy residential property department.

The role offers a negotiable salary up to £50,000 per year based on experience, along with 25 day’s holiday plus bank holidays, a workplace pension, and career progression opportunities towards becoming a Partner.

As the Residential Conveyancer you will have the following skills and attributes:

• You will take responsibility for the whole client experience, supported by an awesome team.
• Manage a caseload of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Provide legal support with freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build matters.
• Proven evidence of working to deadlines and delivering billing targets.
• 5 years PQE is desirable but not essential.

You hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.  Hybrid and/or remote working will be considered for the right candidate.

Appointment will be subject to DBS checks and satisfactory references.
