An award-winning solicitor’s firm in Stoke on Trent is seeking a full-time Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team of legal executives, to provide support on a variety of private estate matters.

The role offers a negotiable salary up to £50,000 per year based on experience, along with 25 day’s holiday plus bank holidays, a workplace pension, and career progression opportunities towards becoming a Partner.

As the Private Client Solicitor you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Support clients with wills, LPA’s, probate and Court of Protection matters.
• Manage a caseload of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Proven record of working to deadlines and delivering billing targets.
• Minimum 2-3 years PQE is desirable.
• Holder of a CILEX Professional Qualification is desirable.

You hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.  Hybrid and/or remote working will be considered for the right candidate.

Appointment will be subject to DBS checks and satisfactory references.
