A busy Secondary School in Cheshire is seeking a full-time Site Technician to join its’ team to carry out caretaker duties and assist with the day to day running of the school site.

The role offers £19,795 per year and flexible hours of work.  As well as 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, you will receive ongoing training opportunities and a workplace pension.

As the Site Technician you will be responsible for:

• Providing a flexible and responsive service to staff requirements as appropriate.
• Maintaining the security on the school premises and contents.
• Carrying out cleaning of designated areas.
• Undertaking repair and porterage duties.
• Maintaining site safety, reporting any suspected breaches to the Site Manager.
• You will be reliable, trustworthy, someone who takes pride in their work and has a good attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in joinery, electrical and plumbing would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

You will be working 37 hours per week on-site.  Hours will be agreed during the interview.  Evening and weekend work is available.

Appointment will be subject to Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
