An award-winning recruitment consultancy in Stoke on Trent is seeking a part-time B2B Telemarketing Executive to join its team, to assist with prospecting and lead generation activities as well as managing marketing posts on social media channels.

 

The role offers flexible working around other commitments, fixed and commission pay, as well as training and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, self-driven individual to support the continued growth of an established recruitment consultancy and become an integral part of the team.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Prospecting, researching companies, and generating warm leads.
  • Promoting the full scope of the service and gaging level of interest by prospects.
  • Appointment setting for Consultants.
  • Following-up on future call-back requests.
  • Updating the CRM accordingly.
  • Managing marketing posts on social media channels and responding to sales enquiries.
  • Reporting on KPI’s at meetings.

 

Attributes we are seeking:

 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing within the recruitment industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage objections effectively.
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
  • Familiarity using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and conducting Boolean searches.

You will be working remotely or on-site up to 20 hours per week on a self-employed basis.  Hours will be agreed during the interview.
