A rapidly expanding design and construction company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a part-time Administrator to join its’ team to provide business and administrative support to the Director.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:


  • Main point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Diary management, scheduling appointments and setting reminders, minute taking during meetings.
  • Preparing quotes and invoices.
  • Ordering materials.
  • Maintaining the CRM and project tracker, as well as electronic and manual files.
  • Liaising with the trades team, suppliers and clients, providing regular updates on live jobs.
  • General administrative tasks as per required.


The Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:


  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a polite telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and have a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work and enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Educated to degree level in Business Administration or similar.


You will be working 30 hours per week from the office in Cheadle, Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch.  Hours are flexible and will be agreed during interview.


Appointment will be subject to DBS checks and satisfactory references.
