A rapidly expanding property development company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to join its’ team to provide business and administrative support to the Director.

 

The role offers flexible hour, remote working, and up to £13 per hour.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with school age children to join a growing and supportive company with flexible hours and remote working options available.

 

As the Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Diary management and scheduling monthly team meetings on Zoom.
  • Liaising with speakers and property networking team to ensure attendance and all required meeting materials are prepared.
  • Managing social media channels including creating posts, responding to comments, researching competitor pages.
  • Arranging PR articles in newspapers and magazines.
  • Researching best prices/offers on marketing materials such as lanyards, banners, brochures.
  • Searching and purchasing tickets to networking events.
  • Researching industry relevant awards and entry opportunities.
  • General administrative tasks as per required.

 

The Virtual Assistant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a polite telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and have a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Have a creative flair and familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with design apps such as Canva or similar would be useful.

 

You will be working remotely 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  Hours are flexible and will be agreed during interview.
