My role at Recruitment Robin:

My role is very diverse and typically sees me managing the day-to-day operations of the business, everything from onboarding new employers and job-seekers, to arranging interviews and negotiating offers, as well as mentoring our more junior members of staff.  

Life before Recruitment Robin:

Mum to two beautiful little people who have taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible.

Why I do what I do:

I enjoy connecting with people.  It makes me feel good to know I’ve helped someone on their journey to finding their dream job or supported them to reach their personal and career goals.

What I do outside of Recruitment Robin:

Spending time with my husband and children, and visiting the family in my home town of Blackpool and Merseyside.

Something no one knows about me:

I’m obsessed with murder mysteries – give me a day solving cold case files over a night out any day!
