This special recognition celebrates young people aged 21 or under who have shown remarkable progression and growth over the past year, with the potential to achieve greatness in the future.
Millie, who is currently completing her Business Management T-Level at Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG), has transformed over the last two years from a shy and reserved student into a confident, articulate, and highly capable professional. During her placement with Recruitment Robin, Millie has excelled in every task—from supporting daily operations to representing the business at networking events.
Her standout achievements include creating and delivering professional presentations to local employers on the benefits of T-Level placements, mentoring incoming students, and championing the T-Level programme across Staffordshire. Millie’s passion for learning and her willingness to go above and beyond have made her an invaluable part of the team.

She continues, “The last two years have been such a journey for me, both personally and professionally. I’ve gained so much confidence, learned new skills, and had incredible opportunities to work with amazing people.
