My role at Recruitment Robin:

I support employers, from solopreneurs all the way up to large organisations, with the recruitment of apprentices and upskilling of their existing workforce.  

Life before Recruitment Robin:

My career has been quite varied and has included working with the Probation Service, painting and decorating, and more recently I headed up employer partnerships at PM Training where I had overall responsibility for stakeholder engagement, upskilling and apprenticeships contract delivery. 

Why I do what I do:

I want to play my part in giving as many young people as possible the opportunities and rewards I had.  It was, after all, an apprenticeship that turned my life around.

What I do outside of Recruitment Robin:

When I’m not working, I enjoy weekends away with my wife and spending time with my family.

Anything hot and spicy!
